side of the San Joaquin Valley, 7.5 miles east of McFarland, Kern
County, California. Located approximately .075 miles west of
State Highway 65 and 2.00 miles north of Sherwood Avenue.

| SOILS: |
The soils on the property are approximately
90%percent Chanac clay loam, 15% to 30% slopes, and 10% Chanac clay
loam, 2% to 9% slopes. Soil depth is 60 inches or more.
Drainage is moderately slow. Water holding capacity is
high. No alkali or other salts that may be injurious to
crops. Because of slope, the soils range from Class 2 to Class
3. |
| IRRIGATION WATER CONDITIONS: |
The source of irrigation water is pumped
groundwater. Groundwater is being pumped from one well and
pumping plant. The well has an 8-inch diameter casing and a
depth of 1,100 feet. The pumping plant consists of a
40-horsepower submersible pump. The standing water level is
approximately 450 feet. The pump is producing approximately 250
gallons per minute. |

The property has 25.00 acres of cherry orchard.
The irrigation system in the cherry orchard is a permanent, solid-set,
single-line drip irrigation system. |
