Al has been in the agricultural real estate business for 37 years; 27 years have been in Kern County. Al was associated with the Farm Credit System for 18 years. He obtained his sales license in 1983, and his broker's license in 1985.

Al is also the owner of AGT APPRAISAL COMPANY. The business of this company is the appraisal of Real Estate. Ninety-eight percent of Al's appraisal work is on agricultural property.

Leta and Elmer were in the dairy business for 36 years. They retired from the dairy business, and went into the real estate business and have sold several parcels of Kern County land to Chino dairy operators who have moved their dairies to Kern County. They also deal with other types of property. Leta is our Office Manager. Leta and Elmer have been in the Real Estate business since 1988..

B.J. has been active in Real Estate since 1985, specializing in ranch and farm properties.

He has experience in custom farming of grapes, almonds and cotton, plus the benefit of an active interest in Famoso Cattle Company, which helps him better understand rangeland and ranch properties.

Past experience in the transportation field is an added benefit in dealing with commercial properties.

Mike has been a real estate agent for 15 years. Prior to going into real estate, Mike was Chief Executive Officer for Superior Farming Company. Under Mike's guidance, Superior Farming Company, a subsidiary of Superior Oil Company, purchased and developed several thousand acres of agricultural land in Kern County.

Mike owns an almond orchard and he manages almond orchards and vineyards in the North Kern County area for absentee owners
